We suggest eating our snacks before the best if used before date printed on the package.

Yes, it’s cheese. The cheese is dehydrated then blended together with the nuts, oil and seasoning into one delicious blend.

This is a disclaimer regarding the “Net Carbs” callout directly above it on the package. FDA regulations require this specific disclaimer to be placed in close proximity of some nutrient content claims when certain nutrients (such as fat, saturated fat, sodium, or cholesterol) are above certain amounts. This helps to assure consumers are aware of the amount per serving of these other nutrients.

If any of the top eight allergens (Milk, Egg, Fish, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Shellfish, Soy, Wheat) are an ingredient or a component of an ingredient, the allergen will be listed in the Ingredients list or included in a Contains statement immediately after the Ingredients list. We label according to FDA requirements.

Furthermore, if we feel that the product poses a potential risk from incidental exposure to any of the top 8 allergens, we voluntarily add a ‘may contain’ advisory statement on the label.

We recommend consumers look for this statement each time they purchase a product as formulas may change.

We’re glad you asked! We re-evaluate our products from time to time to ensure we’re providing you with the most accurate info possible so you can do keto your way.

Nope, the ingredients haven’t changed. We use high quality ingredients, which can vary in nutritional value. Our latest batch of Really Ranchy nut and cheese mix now has 4g of net carbs instead of 3g.

There is no FDA regulated definition of a keto diet. A keto dietary pattern is typically lower in carbohydrates and higher in total fat than the US dietary guidelines. See nutrition information to determine if our Hilo Life products fit with your lifestyle.
